They have landed their first 2023 commitment and they have started things off with a big boom as it comes from the very first 2023 tight end the Buckeyes offered a scholarship, Ty Lockwood from Thompson’s Station (Tenn.) Independence. Lockwood landed an Ohio State offer on Feb. 17, 2021. Today Lockwood announced he has committed to the Buckeyes. He announced his decision on his Twitter account. “Ohio State is just the perfect fit for me,” Lockwood told Bucknuts. “I like the schemes and the coaching. I met a lot of guys in the tight end room.
