The waiting is over. Ohio State forward E.J. Liddell will be returning to Ohio State for his junior season. Liddell took to Twitter on Saturday to announce the news, complete with a pretty sweet graphic of him in an Ohio State uniform. There’s no way around it, with Duane Washington deciding to keep his name in the NBA draft, getting Lidell back is a huge win for a Buckeye program that has a lot of promise for next season. Liddell will be a key ingredient in the blocks again, just as he was during the 2020-2021 season. He showed significant improvement from his freshman season to sophomore season, nearly leading Ohio State in scoring, just behind Washington.
