Marcus Freeman is currently the defensive coordinator for Notre Dame and he is absolutely killing it on the recruiting trail. Freeman is already being labeled as an elite recruiter, and the Twitter rumblings have him as next in line for the next major head coaching gig. Most people know Freeman as the defensive coordinator for the Irish, but we Buckeye fans remember the former linebacker due to his time in Columbus from 2004-2008. He was named All-Big Ten during his collegiate career and was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the fifth round of the 2009 draft, but was forced to retire early due to a heart condition.
