Those that live in Columbus, Ohio know the state capital has plenty to enjoy. But for those on the outside looking in, who haven’t spent much time in the city, the perception isn’t always the reality. One thing that most know about Columbus is Ohio State. The university is one of the biggest in the world and the football program — and many of the school’s other athletic departments — is among the most historic and successful in the country. In honor of 614 Day, June 14, on Monday, the Buckeyes wanted to demonstrate all that Columbus has to offer. The Scarlet and Gray did that with a video, seen below, that was released on its official social media platforms. This was not done just to help prop up the city in which the program resides, but certainly can be seen as a recruiting pitch to prospects across the country.…
