Despite losing defensive end Jonathon Cooper and defensive tackle Tommy Togiai off last year’s unit, Ohio State’s defensive line is loaded with talent and depth entering the 2021 season. On Monday, we got a chance to see the Buckeyes practice and we shot a 2-minute video of the D-line going through drills. Defensive tackle Haskell Garrett is missing spring with a foot injury. However, in the video you will see the likes of defensive ends Zach Harrison, Tyreke Smith, Tyler Friday, Javontae Jean-Baptiste, Noah Potter (who has also been playing some DT) and Jack Sawyer. You will also see defensive tackles Taron Vincent (who head coach Ryan Day said could be on the verge of a breakout year), Jerron Cage (who Day also talked up), Antwuan Jackson, Jaden McKenzie, Ty Hamilton, Jacolbe Cowan (who also plays DE) and Tyleik Williams.
