Cardinals sign former Ohio State, Carolina offensive lineman Branden Bowen

Bowen, 6-7, 315, signed with the Panthers but was released at the end of training camp. He played in 32 games for the Buckeyes, including 13 games at right tackle as a senior in 2019 when he was selected second-team All-Big Ten. Bowen, who began his college career as a guard, missed half of the 2017 season and the entire 2018 campaign after suffering a broken left fibula during a game against Maryland.
