COLUMBUS, Ohio — Less than 24 hours after punching its ticket to the National Championship game, Ohio State football added another piece to its 2022 recruiting class in Florida defensive back Jaheim Singletary of Robert E. Lee High School. Singletary is rated as the No. 10 overall player and No. 5 cornerback in the country as the first five-star commit at the position since Jeff Okudah and Shaun Wade in 2017. He joins quarterback Quinn Ewers and wide receiver Caleb Burton as five-stars in the class. This recruitment moved fast. Two months ago, Singletary didn’t even have an offer from the Buckeyes despite his high ranking.
