Which Ohio State football players are unavailable against Michigan State on Saturday?


EAST LANSING, Michigan — Ohio State football will be without three-fifths of its starting offensive line at Michigan State on Saturday. The Buckeyes’ defense also will miss some key players, one week after coronavirus cases forced the cancellation of last week’s game at Illinois. Left tackle Thayer Munford, center Josh Myers and right tackle Nicholas Petit-Frere are all listed as unavailable. So is freshman Paris Johnson, who would likely have started in the place of one of those absent tackles. On defense, linebacker Tuf Borland, safety Josh Proctor and defensive end Tyler Friday were all listed as unavailable. Borland is a three-year starter and three-year captain. Friday has been a starter and Proctor has played a key utility role in the secondary. None of those players were known to be dealing with injury after the Buckeyes’ previous game against Indiana.
