COLUMBUS, Ohio — Mel Tucker inherited a Michigan State roster that ranks seventh in the Big Ten when it comes to recruiting star rankings and will play the conference’s most talented team in Ohio State football. Then again, no one will know how much of the Buckeyes’ talent will be available until they take the field on Saturday. This is still a deep enough roster that the absence of a few players shouldn’t alter the expected result.
