COLUMBUS, Ohio — Could Ohio State football soon have additional depth options at two key positions? Neither running back Marcus Crowley nor cornerback Lejond Cavazos appear on the depth chart below for Saturday’s game against Indiana. Both, however, will be active for the first time this season. That could be an important step for both to find a role on the two-deep as the season progresses. Crowley has not played since suffering a torn ACL last Nov. 9 against Maryland. He was in uniform and warming up prior to the Rutgers game two weeks ago — a sign that he might be an option in the second half of the season. Crowley averaged 9.5 yards on his 25 mostly third-string carries in 2019. Ohio State has been open to another option emerging behind Master Teague and Trey Sermon.
