COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s secondary hasn’t had a breakout game yet, but a matchup with Indiana could provide one. Michael Penix Jr. has only thrown three interceptions this season, two came last week against Michigan State. But the Spartans don’t have a potential first-round NFL Draft pick and a former four-star recruit as their starting cornerbacks. Indiana will try to challenge a secondary which is still looking to quiet skeptics. Penix Jr. is a quality player, but like most quarterbacks, he can become inaccurate when pressured. OSU’s defensive line has delivered pressure this fall, even if the number of sacks have declined from 2019.
