Week 11 of the college football season was a strange one. Fans saw the highest number of games canceled or postponed due to the COVID-19 virus of the year and two or three of the top five teams (depending on the poll) had an unexpected weekend off. One of those teams was Ohio State. The Buckeyes were scheduled to travel to College Park and take on Maryland in a Saturday afternoon matchup. But the Scarlet and Gray found out on Wednesday afternoon, just minutes before the team was expected to have a meeting to dive into preparation for the Terrapins, that the game was canceled because of an elevated number of COVID-19 cases within the Terps program.
