COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football has never scored fewer than 49 points against Rutgers, and has allowed double digit points only twice in six meetings. With Greg Schiano back as head coach, the Scarlet Knights may someday at least shorten the competitive gap between the programs. Tonight, however, the Buckeyes are heavily favored to improve to 3-0 at the expense of their former defensive coordinator and his rebuilding program.
