COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio State football program could be in for some good news, as multiple targets in the 2021 and 2022 recruiting classes are set to make announcements. That starts with the announcement of North Carolina tight end Benji Gosnell, who is crystal balled to pick the Buckeyes. His addition would land OSU its second tight in alongside Bennett Christian, giving the class seven commits. Ohio State could be in for a historic 2022 recruiting class if targets like cornerback Domani Jackson — who told cleveland.com that he’s 50% OSU — chooses to join the class. But that decision might not come anytime soon. What could be on the horizon is that of five-star offensive lineman Gunner Givens, who has already cut his list in half from the top 12 he put out in September.
