COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s Cameron Brown will miss the rest of the season after tearing his Achilles in the Buckeyes’ 38-25 win over Penn State according to Lettermen Row’s Austin Ward. The junior cornerback went down with a non-contact injury in the fourth quarter and had to be carted off the field. After coming to Columbus as a four-star wide receiver in 2018, Brown had worked his way into the role as a slot cornerback in his third season. He was used primarily on third down in the first two games. Though he’s also taken snaps as an outside cornerback and had replaced Sevyn Banks opposite of Shaun Wade at the time of his injury.
