Ohio State football to face Maryland in afternoon game on the Big Ten Network


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football will play its second straight game on the Big Ten Network when it faces Maryland on the road on Nov. 14. The game will kickoff at 3:30 p.m. inside Maryland Stadium. The last time the Buckeyes traveled to College Park, they pulled out a 52-51 that was decided by a failed two-point conversion attempt by the Terrapins. Ohio State is 6-0 all-time in the matchup, including last season’s 73-14 win where the defensive line record seven sacks despite being without Heisman Trophy finalist Chase Young. The former Buckeye, who was the No. 2 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, was serving the first of a two-game suspension for NCAA violations.
