COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s running game wasn’t spectacular in its 52-17 win over Nebraska on Saturday. Some of that is the lack of explosion from running backs Trey Sermon and Master Teague. Some of that is because of the less than ideal performance of the offensive line at times. But the Buckeyes chalk it up to it being Week 1 of a season where they didn’t get a chance to ease into things before playing a Big Ten opponent. Offensive linemen Wyatt Davis and Josh Myers vowed that things would improve on their end just as they did after the Florida Atlantic game last season. Davis, Myers and Thayer Munford are returners bringing along first-time starters Harry Miller and Nicholas Petit-Frere.
