Ohio State football defensive tackle Haskell Garrett was shot in the face back in August. Garrett was trying to break up a domestic violence dispute before a gun was discharge on the side of his cheek. While he was trying to do the right thing, it left him having to undergo multiple surgeries on his mouth. Despite nearly losing his life to gun violence, Garrett never lost focus on playing football for the Ohio State Buckeyes. He revealed to us some of the details of his recovery. Haskell Garrett said he had to have multiple surgeries on his mouth, including a bone graft, after the shooting.
