COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State football has been more than successful going into Penn State territory and stealing its top recruits. Running back Nicholas Singleton of Governor Mifflin High School in Reading, Pa., might be another example of that. The four-star recruit, rated as the No. 108 player nationally, isn’t ready to narrow down his options. But if he had to say who stands out right now, it would be the Buckeyes and Nittany Lions. “It’s close to neck-and-neck, I’m not going to lie,” Singleton told cleveland.com’s Robert Fenbers. “It’s real neck-and-neck.
