COLUMBUS, Ohio — Florida defensive back Markeith Williams of Evans High School was in disbelief when Ohio State football’s running backs coach Tony Alford extended an offer in January. He saw it as a significant stepping stone as a three-star recruit. In the nine months since, the two have developed a relationship that has the Buckeyes among the final 11 schools he’ll consider. “It was like a dream come true,” Williams told cleveland.com’s Quentin Pardon. “I was in complete shock.
