The three ways Ohio State fans are thinking about college football and coronavirus


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Both our information and our attitudes about the coronavirus continue to evolve, and I think we’ve seen that with college football. It feels like two approaches are landing a lot of Ohio State football fans at the same place — that they wish the Buckeyes were playing this fall. Instead, the Big Ten announced on Aug. 11 that fall sports were off, and there hasn’t been any information since about what might come next, whether it could be a football season that starts at Thanksgiving, in January, or at some other point in 2021.
