In preparing for the 2020 season, the NFL Network began its countdown of the league’s top 100 players on Sunday night. The network released the 30 players ranked 100th down to 71st via its Twitter account (@NFLNetwork). The countdown continues tonight at 8 p.m. with a show on the network and also via Twitter. The players are voted upon by their peers. There were two Ohio State products in that 30-man list with New Orleans Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore at No. 76 and Pittsburgh Steelers defensive lineman Cameron Heyward at No. 84. It seems there will be at least four more Ohio State players mentioned in the survey between Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas, Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott and the brother act of Los Angeles Chargers defensive end Joey Bosa and San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa.
