Ohio State fifth-year senior punter Drue Chrisman is on the preseason watch list for the Ray Guy Award, which is given annually to the best punter in college football. Chrisman, a native of Cincinnati, is one of just 19 finalists for the award. (You can see the full list in the embed below.) As a junior in 2019, Chrisman was named honorable mention All-Big Ten. He averaged 44.3 yards per punt and the Buckeyes finished with the No. 3 ranking in the country in net punting. As a sophomore in 2018, Chrisman led the Buckeyes to the No. 1 net punting rank in the country when he averaged 41.6 yards per punt and was a semifinalist for the Ray Guy Award.
