COLUMBUS, Ohio — A breakthrough sophomore season brought national attention to Ohio State football’s Wyatt Davis. The consensus All-American offensive lineman will start his junior season in the spotlight. He was the only Buckeye named to the first team of the Walter Camp Foundation’s Preseason All-America team. Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields and cornerback Shaun Wade were both second-team selections. Alabama led all programs with six selections over both teams. Wade, the Buckeyes’ right guard, did not allow a pressure or sack on a pass blocking snap in 2019, per Pro Football Focus.
