COLUMBUS, Ohio — Pro Football Focus is taking a wait-and-see approach on Ohio State football cornerback Shaun Wade. The scouting source has listed Wade as the early No. 2 cornerback prospect for the 2021 NFL Draft. Virginia Tech’s Caleb Farley — someone PFF said might have top-10 potential — is the No. 1 corner on their board. PFF’s Michael Renner believes a move from slot cornerback to the outside gives Wade a chance to push his draft stock “into the stratosphere.” However, “until we see the redshirt junior do it on the outside, we’ll hold off on putting him in the top corner conversation.” The same outlet listed OSU guard Wyatt Davis as the draft’s top interior offensive line prospect. Quarterback Justin Fields and running back Trey Sermon were both listed No. 2 at their positions. No other Buckeye defensive players were listed in PFF’s top five at their position.…
