COLUMBUS, Ohio — 4-star guard Rocco Spindler from Michigan has no plans to end the recruiting process early, meaning Ohio State football will still get a chance to host him for an official visit. Spindler, who is the No. 2 guard and No. 44 player in the 247Sports.com composite rankings, tweeted on Thursday that he will not commit until he makes all five of his official visits. Ohio State will be one of the five visits for the 6-foot-4.5, 315-pound guard. Like every other prospect in the country, he wasn’t able to take his visits in the spring with the NCAA instituting a dead period because of the coronavirus pandemic. The dead period is still going on, so visits will have to take place in the fall. At the moment, the predictions in the 247Sports Crystal Ball are split 50:50 between Notre Dame and Michigan.
