COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football brought in grad transfer Trey Sermon to add stability and production to its 2020 running back room. The lingering question was whether the former Oklahoma rusher had recovered from the knee injury that ended his 2019 season after nine games. A video posted on social media Friday by Houston-based football trainer Rischad Whitfield — whose Twitter and Instagram handles are footwork_king — put Sermon’s current physical readiness on display.
