Ohio State football’s Chase Young, Heisman winner Joe Burrow to participate in NFL’s virtual draft


COLUMBUS, Ohio — The NFL Draft broadcast will change this year as the COVID-19 pandemic prevents teams and athletes from convening in Las Vegas as scheduled. That does not mean the draft’s top players will not participate in the broadcast in real time. The NFL announced Ohio State football defensive end Chase Young and former Buckeye and LSU quarterback Joe Burrow as among five of 58 players who will have cameras in their homes during the draft broadcast. The other three players announced Thursday were Alabama receiver Jerry Jeudy, Oklahoma quarterback Jalen Hurts and Wisconsin running back Jonathan Taylor. The remaining players of the 58 will be announced will be announced on Thursday’s Path to the Draft at 8 p.m. on NFL Network.
