Earlier this week, the Ohio State Buckeyes got some exciting news as Bucknell transfer Jimmy Sotos announced he would be joining the program next season. Sotos announced the move publicly on Twitter. © Joe Maiorana-USA TODAY Sports During his time at Bucknell, Sotos played extensively for the Bison. He played in a total of 100 games and averaged 11.5 points, 3.9 assists, and 3.5 rebounds per game last season. Sotos didn’t necessarily dominate the team’s offensive possessions, but was a productive three-point shooter, hitting 37.1 percent from deep. Sotos will now join an Ohio State roster that’s in pretty solid position. The Buckeyes were one of the better teams in the Big Ten last season and the addition of Sotos should help address some of the team’s backcourt issues.
