Muhammad joins freshman guard D.J. Carton in the transfer portal after Carton announced last month that he would be transferring out of the program. After averaging 7.0 points per game as a freshman, Muhammad averaged 7.6 points per game and 2.7 rebounds per game in his sophomore season. Muhammad was one of Ohio State’s best defenders during his time in Columbus, but he did show glimpses of his offensive game improving.
