COLUMBUS, Ohio — Caleb Tierner, a three-star offensive lineman who listed Ohio State football in his final four teams last week, committed to Northwestern on Saturday. The 6-7, 280-pound tackle from Detroit Country Day also considered Michigan and Penn State among his finalists. He is ranked No. 32 among offensive tackles and 370th overall in the 247 Sports national composite for the 2021 class. Ohio State’s top-ranked 2021 recruiting haul already includes the nation’s top-ranked guard in Bellaire (Texas) Episcopal’s Donovan Jackson. Four-star offensive tackle Ben Christman from Richfield was the fourth player in the class to commit to the Buckeyes. Of the 17 offensive linemen on the projected 2020 OSU roster, 13 are freshmen or sophomores. However, the Buckeyes will lost two seniors after 2020, and may also lose juniors Wyatt Davis and Josh Myers to NFL opportunities. More Buckeyes coverage Ohio State’s Ryan Day sees an NFL solution…
