COLUMBUS, Ohio — One of the many gripes about the Ohio State basketball team over the past two seasons has been its lack of offensive firepower on the perimeter. Outside of Kaleb Wesson, finding players who could be consistent threats has been a long and sometimes fruitless search for coach Chris Holtmann. That won’t be the case next season, whether Wesson chooses to declare for the NBA Draft or come back for his senior season. The Buckeyes’ time spent in the transfer portal, along with the recruiting trail, should pay off next season as they will finally have the talent and depth at the forward position to keep their offense from becoming stagnant.
