Today’s Penn State football news headlines feature early Big Ten title odds and a spot in the final schools for a top recruiting target. While the coronavirus has pressed the pause button on much of the sporting world, Fox Bet is still posting odds for the 2020 football season. One of those sets of odds is on the Big Ten Conference champion, which was unsurprisingly topped by Ohio State (-225), Michigan (+500), Wisconsin (+1000) and Penn State (+1000).
