COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football commit Reid Carrico continues his steady climb up the Class of 2021 national recruiting rankings. The revised 247 Sports national composite rankings pushed the Ironton junior up 29 spots to No. 92 overall — his first entrance in the top 100. He is also now ranked No. 1 among all inside linebackers, and sixth among all linebackers. Carrico was Ohio’s Division V Defensive Player of the Year after leading Ironton to the state championship game. As a junior he collected 168 tackles (18 for loss) with three sacks, one interception and four forced fumbles. In other notable movement in the rankings, Philadelphia St. Joseph receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. climbed 14 spots to No. 40.
