Governor Mifflin’s Nicholas Singleton might be the best sophomore running back in Pennsylvania, and Penn State has already come to the table with an offer. But the Nittany Lions continue to receive elite company in the mix for his services, and Wednesday the Ohio State Buckeyes took aim on the Penn State target. Singleton tweeted that he added an offer from the school. Singleton (5-foot-11, 185 pounds) wrapped up his second consecutive season of 1,000-plus rushing yards in 2019 going for 1,690 yards, and has a long list of offers which also includes Notre Dame, NC State, Pitt, Rutgers, South Carolina, Syracuse, Temple, Virginia, West Virginia, William and Mary and UConn.
