Ohio State’s in-home visit means a lot to Cameron Martinez, who’s still mulling his options


MUSKEGON, MI – Ohio State head football coach Ryan Day took in Cameron Martinez’s entire basketball game Friday at Reeths-Puffer, then he and assistant coach Matt Barnes trekked through snowy conditions for an in-home visit with Martinez later that evening. When the head honcho is showing love a couple weeks from national signing day, then you know you’re a priority recruit. “It meant a lot to me and also showed a lot,” Martinez said in a text to MLive.com. “They had a busy day and for them to come to the game and then come over (to the house) with the weather being bad, I really appreciated it.
