COLUMBUS, Ohio — Emeka Egbuka just finished up his junior season Steilacoom (Wash.) High School. He ended his season with a 48-34 loss to Tumwater in the Washington 2A State Championship game. Despite the loss, he had a game high for receptions with 18 catches for 163 yards and three scores. In that same game, he also recorded eight tackles to go along with an interception. Egbuka is Mr. Do Everything for the Sentinels. The five-star recruit finished the season with 65 catches for 1,427 yards. His list of touchdowns includes 22 catches, four runs and three punt returns. On defense, he recorded 28 tackles, seven interceptions and two pick-sixes. In three years, he’s racked up 199 receptions for nearly 4,000 yards and 61 touchdowns, averaging over 100 yards per game and nearly 20 yards per reception.
