Ohio State football’s Chase Young joins Rich Paul’s Cleveland-based Klutch Sports Group


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Chase Young became the second departing Ohio State football star to join Cleveland-based Klutch Sports Group. The agency, founded by agent Rich Paul and best known for representing LeBron James among its roster of NBA stars, announced Young’s addition on Tuesday. Former Buckeyes cornerback Jeff Okudah joined Klutch late last week. Both Okudah and Young opted to forgo their senior seasons at OSU and enter the 2020 NFL Draft, where both are expected to be among the top picks. Young, unanimous All-American, won the Nagurski and Bednarik awards as the nation’s top defensive player and was also named Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year. His 16.5 sacks and 1.38 sacks per game led the nation, and that total broke the single-season OSU record.
