COLUMBUS, Ohio — New Boston College coach Jeff Hafley will bring at least one of his former Ohio State football co-workers with him. Boston College on Tuesday announced the hiring of Phil Matusz as head strength and conditioning coach. Matusz spent the past six years on the staff of Mickey Marotti, the Buckeyes’ assistant athletic director for football sports performance. Matusz had served as Ohio State’s associate director for strength and conditioning since 2017.
