COLUMBUS, Ohio — One of the many game-altering moments of Ohio State football’s 29-23 loss to Clemson in the Fiesta Bowl was wide Justyn Ross’ fumble turned into a defensive touchdown by Jordan Fuller. Fuller recovered what at the time was seen as a fumble by Ross — forced by Jeffrey Okudah — and ran it back for a touchdown that would have given the Buckeyes a 30-29 lead. Instead, SEC official came to the conclusion that Trevor Lawrence’s throw to Ross was an incomplete pass because Ross didn’t not yet have possession of the ball. It’s the second time this season that Jordan Fuller has had a defensive touchdown wiped off of the board. SEC officials saw it one way during the game, but both Big Ten supervisor of officials Bill Carollo and national officiating supervisor Rogers Redding agreed that the on-field ruling of a fumble should have stood.…
