Julian Fleming might be the greatest wide receiver Pennsylvania has ever produced, but he won’t play college football in the Keystone State. The Southern Columbia senior — ESPN’s top-ranked player in the Class of 2020 — followed through on his commitment Wednesday morning and signed a letter of intent to play with the Ohio State Buckeyes.
