Wesson brothers lead No. 6 Ohio State's rout of Penn State

Brothers Andre and Kaleb Wesson combined for 43 points as No. 6 Ohio State pulled away for a 106-74 win against Penn State in the Big Ten opener for each at Value City Arena in Columbus, Ohio, on Saturday.
