COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Justin Fields who led Ohio State football to a 12-0 regular season is not the quarterback who will take the field in Saturday’s Big Ten championship game against Wisconsin. Fields will wear the larger of his two braces — the one he strapped on in the medical tent before returning to play against Michigan — throughout practice this week and on Saturday. He admits this larger brace affects his mobility. That running threat is an essential element in an offense which ranks first in scoring and fourth in rushing yards per game.
