Former Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor is in critical condition after he was stabbed in Pittsburgh on Saturday morning. WTAE-TV first reported the news, and added that “a woman is in custody at Pittsburgh Police headquarters in connection with the stabbing.” ESPN’s Adam Schefter said on Twitter that Pryor underwent surgery on Saturday morning, and the outlet’s Jeremy Fowler added: “A close family friend of Terrelle Pryor told me the family does expect Pryor to survive the stabbing, and that several family members are by his side post-surgery as doctors monitor his progress.” Pryor was a five-star recruit out of Jeannette High and led the Buckeyes to a pair of Big Ten titles, but he was also suspended by the NCAA for selling memorabilia.
