ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Ohio State made a decision in the second half against Wisconsin. Freshman Garrett Wilson became the Buckeyes’ punt returner. Two games later, Wilson fumbled a punt against Rutgers, clearly starting to look downfield before he caught the ball, as it popped off his chest and landed in the arms of a Scarlet Knight. That set up a home-team touchdown in a game that was never in doubt. But Ohio State is done with those blowouts.
