What would a first win in the Ohio State-Michigan rivalry mean for Ryan Day or Jim Harbaugh?


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Someone is going to walk away with their first win in the Ohio State-Michigan rivalry on Saturday. A win would signify something different for each head coach. For Ryan Day it would make him 1-0 in the rivalry and continue the dominance that the Buckeyes have had in it since Jim Tressel was hired as head coach. It’d be a major win for someone who is a first-time head coach at the college level. For Jim Harbaugh, it could be the best way to right what has been a 0-4 start. That could just be attributed to going up against a legendary head coach instead of faulting his own shortcomings.
