COLUMBUS, Ohio — As an offensive coordinator last season, Ryan Day was the play-caller for an Ohio State football offense that put up 62 points on Michigan. That forced the Wolverines’ defensive coordinator Don Brown to make changes to the pressman coverage attacked he’d been married and executed successfully for most of the season. That adjustment mixed with the fact that the Buckeyes may not have a guy with Parris Campbell speed in their wide receiver room this season could be in Michigan’s favor. Michigan had one of the best defenses in the country last season, and Ohio State was able to pick it apart because of its talent along with a gameplan someone who a history with Brown.
