Columbus, Ohio — Ohio State looks like the best team in college football, but Penn State is hanging tough here in front of 104,000 mostly opposing fans. The No. 2 Buckeyes lead the No. 8 Nittany Lions 14-0 at halftime. The home side has run 46 plays compared to the visiting team’s 25, and while safety Lamont Wade did force OSU QB Justin Fields to fumble at the goal line during the first 30 minutes of play, the Buckeyes still found the end zone twice.
