Ohio State football leads Penn State 14-0 at halftime as fourth-down decisions loom large


COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State football led Saturday’s pivotal Big Ten East Division battle against Penn State 14-0 at halftime Saturday. The Buckeyes should have been up by more.
