COLUMBUS, Ohio — Former Ohio State football player Eddie George is expected to be featured as the guest picker on ESPN’s College GameDay, according to Kirk Herbstreit. George played for the Buckeyes from 1992-95, amassing 3,768 rushing yards and 44 touchdowns. In 1995 he became the fifth Ohio State player to take the Heisman Trophy award. He last served as a guest picker in 2017 when Ohio State hosted Oklahoma. He recently had his No. 27 jersey retired by the Tennessee Titans. The Buckeyes come into Saturday’s matchup with Penn State as an 18-point favorite. A win will secure a third straight trip to the Big Ten Championship game. College GameDay is one of three pregame shows in Columbus on Saturday with Fox’s Big Noon Kickoff and BTN Tailgate also in town.
